This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how information is collected and used by I.U.C.O  Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the state of Israel with a registered address at Harkefet 142 Elishma (“Company” or “we”, “us”, “our”) with regards to Watrix- – our AI-based leak detector service (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data collected when you use the Service. The Service is comprised of an AI-based leak detector (the “Product”) and an application that allows you to manage your subscription to use Product and receive notifications of abnormal water consumption from the Product (the “App”).

Personal Data We Process

We collect information you provide us voluntarily and knowingly when you submit an inquiry.

You will be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the text of your message. The mandatory fields for completion will be marked as such.

We collect information you provide us voluntarily when you order the Service.

Registration Information. When you register to the Service, you will be required to provide us with your full name, phone number, address, billing information and shipping information. We do not collect your payment information. Your payment will be processed only via authorized credit billing companies. You may also choose to provide us with information about the property where the Product is to be installed such as the number of bathrooms, whether there is a yard or a pool, the number of people living in the property etc.

We may collect information of people you assigned as your contact persons via the App.

Contact Person Information. You may provide us with contact information of people who you assign as your contacts to receive notification from the Service on your behalf, such information will include their name, email address and phone number. By providing information of such third parties, you hereby confirm that you have such third parties’ consent to provide their personal information to the Company and to be contacted by the Company as described in this Policy.

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device.

These Features may include your mobile device’s camera, contacts, SMS messages, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

* You do not have a legal duty to provide any of the above information. However, if you choose not to provide your Inquiry Information or Registration Information, you will not be able to submit an inquiry or place an order of the Service.

We also collect analytics information about your use of the Service.

To fulfill your order, for record-keeping purposes and for managerial reporting.
